As you are aware, the situation regarding the COVID-19 is rapidly changing each day, with the Australian Government putting forth new precautions to be followed. Therefore, ENDY Australia is undertaking some precautions to ensure that the health and safety of our customers and of our staff is protected to the best of our abilities.
ENDY
Australia will continue to operate and trade in ways that comply with the
Australian Governments precautions. Meaning that customers will still easily be
able to contact us through our email address, sales@endy.com.au
and we will be happy to assist as soon as possible. ENDY will still be dispatching
orders however, due to COVID-19 these orders could take a slightly longer time than
previously before to reach the desired customer.
As of 20th March 2020, pick-up orders are no longer
available to customers, unless stated otherwise by ENDY Australia. We ask that
you consider alternative methods, such as using courier services to deliver
your orders. We also advise that customers take any necessary precautions to
ensure your safety. This is only a temporary measure, until stated otherwise by
us.
We apologise for any inconveniences and we thank you for your
cooperation as we ensure to operate in a safe and healthy way for our customers.
